Terms and conditions

1.	The booking form must be returned at least five days prior to the booking, together with a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee. A booking date can only be confirmed once the booking form has been completed and returned and a deposit received.

2.	c:thru cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by weather, transport difficulties or other circumstances beyond its control.

3.	Although every effort is made to keep equipment in good working order, c:thru can in no way be held liable for failure or defective working of audio or visual equipment or for any subsequent loss or cost incurred.

4.	Postponement / cancellation charges:

	Notice given	Percentage of studio hire fee charged (plus VAT)
	4 - 10 days 3 working days or less	Postponement 50% 75%	Cancellation 75% 100%
	Postponement / cancellation fees are applicable only after the booking date has been confirmed.
5.	All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.
6.	Terms of payment are 14 days from date of invoice.
7.	Prices effective from 01.07.2001 until further notice.
8.	All cheques to be made payable to Brunswick Marketing Consultants Ltd
